Villa Olivida in Garda: luxury for exclusive use

Villa Olivida is a newly built property designed for sharing time together while still enjoying moments of peace and privacy. It can accommodate up to ten guests. The villa is arranged over two floors, each with its own living area and kitchen. Contemporary materials, wooden features and natural colours come together to create an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. The villa is always rented in its entirety, ensuring exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor areas.

The villa is located in a quiet, residential area, making it ideal for a peaceful, relaxing stay. Therefore, parties, events, loud music and any other behaviour that may disturb the neighbourhood are not permitted.

Conditions

Payment

A deposit of €300 is required when booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.

Cancellation

Any advance payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €500 is required to cover any damage caused to the villa during your stay.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is €2 per person, per night. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is available from 4:00 pm, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 am. Arrivals after 8:00 pm are subject to a mandatory surcharge of €30, payable in cash upon arrival. Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

No smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Accessibility

The villa is not barrier-free or wheelchair accessible. Due to its layout and features, it may also be less suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
